People - HRMS Project Lead (2 Year Contract)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of HRMS project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.

  • Work with vendor to configure the HRMS to align with company requirements, including workflows setup, user roles, and permissions.

  • Oversee the migration of data from existing systems to the new HRMS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  • Liaise with different stakeholders including but not limited to vendors, People team and IT team for the overall project implementation.

  • Develop and deliver system training for People team and end users.

  • Ensure the HRMS complies with all relevant regulations and company policies, maintaining data security and privacy.

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • At least 8 years relevant working experience with proven track records in HRMS implementation and project management.

  • Proficiency with HRMS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM), data migration tools, and project management software.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • With certifications in PMP, SHRM-CP, or similar certifications are a plus.
