Customer and Commercial - Business Development Officer

Responsibilities
Maintain relationship with customers and serve as the primary contact point for service delivery to meet customer’s need.
Coordinate regular customer visit, prepare agenda and minutes to ensure the service deliver as required.
Handle, investigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
Prepare regular reports analysing customer’s logs with quality and production teams to review and improve customer service.
Work closely with concerned parties to ensure service delivery standard.
Complete quotations with accurate costing before deadlines and make sure the data are complied with company and are error-free.
Coordinate client presentations with the team and other internal concerned parties.
Work with various teams across the organisation and coordination activities on selling rate information.
Proactive to offer recommendation on suitable products and services to customers.
Review customers’ feedback for their assigned accounts to make any enhancement effectively.
Work with Commercial Excellence Team to develop customer pricing and contract strategies.
Perform any projects or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
Degree holder in business or other related disciplines.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship / part-time experience are welcome.
Candidates with experience and network in aviation industry have a definite advantage.
Good business senses, commercial awareness, planning skills.
Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Work independently, self-motivated, proactive, energetic and customer-oriented.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
