Flight service officer
Responsibilities
Play a key role in checking and ensuring in-flight meals and equipment are in compliance with airline's standard and requirements in terms of quality and quantity before uploading the items to the high loaders
Monitor the loading team to uplift the checked items to be dispatched from the high loader to the designated area in the aircraft.
Hand-over the uploaded in-flight meals and equipment to cabin crews and validate the check list
Answer enquiries from cabin crews
Collaborate with operation teams including kitchen, meal assembly and ramp loading services for any ad hoc requests
Perform any other ad hoc task as required during the entire dispatch process
Requirements
HKCEE / DSE or above
Passion to develop career path in aviation industry
Pleasant and proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills
Customer oriented mindset with commitment to deliver quality service
Able to communicate in Chinese and/or English
Flexibility to work on shift schedule
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in hospitality or service industry would be an advantage
Fresh graduates are also welcome
