Executive Sous Chef (Halal Kitchen)
Responsibilities
Manages the culinary functions of all Production sections to achieve optimal qualitative and quantitative performance of operational and culinary related processes.
Supports to achieve the departmental performance indicators and its associated targets.
Oversees all high-level production planning, culinary aspects, and execution management for the Halal kitchen.
Supervises Sous Chefs and daily production kitchen activities to ensure that developed products, processes and SOPs are being adhere.
Requirements
Tertiary vocational School or Hotel School with relevant diploma and certification.
Candidates with Food Safety Management Training, Food & Nutrition study and Food Business Management are highly preferred.
Minimum 20 years practical experiences in senior culinary and food production management.
Possess global exposure and air catering experience would be an advantage.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
